Garden Hat Ready?

Put on your fancy garden hats and get ready to mix a little potting soil with some wine slushies. No, this is not the newest facial craze. This is just an opportunity to wear the appropriate head gear while enjoying plants, celebrating, and drinking some great local beverages. This May we are offering several hat-wearing opportunities. 

Earn an easy win this Mother's Day by crafting for or collaborating with Mom on an herb container pot. Our very own resident plant expert, Burton Edwards from J&B Herbs, will be on hand to lead this workshop from 2-4 PM on May 11. $30 covers all of your plants and supplies. Yes, Mom will love it. 

Interested in more of an open bar situation? The plant bar will open at the Garden Party on May 4! During the Garden Party we will be offering 20% off one plant purchase with the purchase of a wine slushy. The plant bar is our planting station with everything you need to make a perfect pot. This great evening will be paired with watching the Kentucky Derby on the big screen under our cool AC (a very fancy hat opportunity), live music from Mama Bri Bri & the Stranger, and food from the Outlaw Pig. 

Don't have a hat? No problem. We have a great selection of hats in the store and here. And, please don't be put off by all of this plant and wine slushy talk. We primarily serve great locally sourced craft beer. Stop in over "American Craft Beer Week", May 15-19, for daily beer specials served up right.
